  • 摘要: 灾害响应工作的有效性在很大程度上依赖于灾害响应工作者自身的能力。若灾害工作人员不称职、不合适或未严格进行工作培训,灾害响应的有效性将大大降低。工业与组织(I-O)心理学是一门专门研究工作学的学科,使用基于研究的干预措施解决工作人员和工作场所带来的挑战问题。I-O心理学与灾害响应研究和实践相结合,通过解决灾害响应环境中普遍出现的工作问题,对提高灾害响应工作具有重要前景。本文中将阐述I-O心理学用于提高灾害工作人员工作水平的两个方面:工作人员选拔和团队培训。
